These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Omni Pilot AI Ltd (“Omni Pilot AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By signing up for or using Omni Pilot AI, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Business use only

Omni Pilot AI is provided for business customers only. By using the service, you confirm that you are using it for business purposes and not as a consumer.

  1. Our service

Omni Pilot AI helps trades businesses recover missed-call opportunities and manage follow-up communications. Depending on your setup, the service may include:

• Missed call capture

• Voicemail recording and transcription

• WhatsApp follow-up messages

• Collection of customer replies, including photos, videos, and callback requests

• Callback booking or calendar integration

• Lead summaries and notifications

We may improve, update, or modify the service from time to time.

  1. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate onboarding and account information

• Correctly setting up any required call forwarding or connected services

• Keeping your calendar, working hours, availability, and contact details up to date

• Reviewing messages, transcripts, summaries, and bookings before relying on them

• Using the service lawfully and in line with applicable privacy, telecoms, and messaging rules

If your setup is incomplete, incorrect, or later changed, the service may not work as intended.

  1. Third-party services

Omni Pilot AI depends on third-party providers and platforms, which may include phone, messaging, calendar, payment, automation, and cloud service providers.

We are not responsible for delays, outages, suspensions, restrictions, or failures caused by third-party services.

  1. No guarantee

Omni Pilot AI is designed to help you recover missed-call leads more effectively, but we do not guarantee:

• A specific number of leads, bookings, jobs, or sales

• Uninterrupted or error-free service

• That every missed caller will leave a voicemail

• That every customer will reply by WhatsApp

• That every transcription, summary, or automated output will be fully accurate

You remain responsible for reviewing lead information and deciding how to act on it.

  1. Acceptable use

You must not use Omni Pilot AI:

• For unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity

• To send spam or unauthorised marketing

• In a way that breaches privacy, data protection, telecoms, or advertising laws

• To store or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing material

We may suspend access if we believe your use creates legal, operational, or security risk.

  1. Fees, free trial, billing, and cancellation

Omni Pilot AI is offered on a subscription basis.

Free trial

We may offer a 30-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Billing

After the trial, your subscription is billed monthly in advance unless stated otherwise at signup.

No contract

There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time.

Cancellation

If you cancel after a payment has already been taken for a monthly subscription period, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing month. You will continue to have access to the service for the remainder of that paid period, and no refund or part-refund will be given for unused time unless required by law.

This means, for example, if you are billed and then cancel 2 days later, the service will remain active until the end of that monthly billing period, and it will not renew for the following month.

We may suspend or terminate the service if payment fails or remains overdue.

  1. Data and privacy

To provide the service, we may process business and customer data including call data, voicemail recordings, transcripts, contact details, messages, media, and booking information.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights, notices, and lawful basis to use the service in your business, including where call recording, voicemail, messaging, or customer communications are involved.

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

  1. Intellectual property

We own all rights in Omni Pilot AI, including our software, systems, branding, workflows, and documentation, excluding your own business data and materials.

You retain ownership of the information and content you provide, but you give us permission to use it as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the service.

  1. . Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• You breach these Terms

• Your use creates legal, technical, or security risk

• Payment is overdue

• A required third-party integration, platform, or account is suspended, disconnected, or unavailable

You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription.

  1. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

the service is provided on an “as available” basis

we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of data

our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service will not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

  1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will apply from the date it is published on our website.

  1. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
